Odeen’s BBQ started in 2012 as the classic garage-born side hustle with a simple mission: to spread the gospel of Memphis-style BBQ to an area unaccustomed to the concept of low and slow tenderness, to food crafted by fire and patience. Over the years Marshall and John have acquired smokers, restaurants and plenty of experience in the world of barbecue and still love nothing more than the sight of blue smoke rising in the morning.
Odeen’s BBQ at Carmel NY is our new flagship restaurant, open 7 days a week throughout the year, in a bowling alley (of all places). The fun, family friendly venue includes a large beer garden with an outdoor bar and axe throwing lanes, a great indoor restaurant space with full bar, a further 2 axe lanes inside, darts, music stages inside and out and a bowling alley with arcade. It is the perfect venue for private parties, family outings and to let your hair down (and eat great bbq).
